Pros
As of right now, Courtyard in Anniston-Oxford has wonderful managers and people to work with. Pro is office work, it's not labor intensive. It can be leaned back at times, and at other times it can get pretty busy. Very positive, and good environment to work in. It does not negatively affect my mental health. It allows me to evolve my critical thinking skills when coming across new situations and problems. Again, they have wonderful management, and an excellent team!
Cons
Sometimes you can treat a guest as best as you possibly can, or enforce the rules like you should, but if you get reported to corporate, that could affect your hours.
