Pros
You can’t leave until all your rooms are cleaned and they don’t employ enough people to begin with so you’re working until 8, 9 o’clock at night. That’s a 12 hour day of grunt work. There are no “pros” other than you get a meager hourly wage.
Cons
I was assaulted while working here and took some days off as a result. When I did come back to work I was told that the floors better be done correctly or I’d have to go back. There were probably 3 vacuums. 1 worked, the other two were questionable. So on top of everything that happened at this job, I had to clean the floors by hand or risk getting written up. With only 4 housekeepers. I walked out.
