- Management is very opaque and takes decisions mid year for things pertaining to employee benefits like leaves - The company policies keep changing according to their own convenience - The salary is sometimes not credited on time, even the bonus is decided mid-year for the previous financial year and takes its own sweet time to be credited. - The HR doesn't know anything and is more of an uncrossable bridge between the upper management and employees - People are expected to work on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays unofficially and devote all their waking hours to the company - Appraisals don't happen on time and the arrears for them are subject to management's mood - There is no solid vision of the work in future - Managers are themselves not clear on technical concepts and expectations - Employees are forced to come to office but managers work from home
