I previously worked for this company and would not recommend it for employment or services. During my time there, I personally observed efforts to influence public perception, including incentives offered for positive reviews. Specifically, there were drawings for high-ticket items such as iPads, which in my opinion makes the company’s ratings difficult to trust. I also noticed what appeared to be non-organic social media activity, including Facebook followers that did not seem legitimate or authentic. More importantly, I left with serious concerns about leadership ethics, transparency, and financial priorities. From my experience, ownership often appeared self-serving, and employees could be dismissed quickly when it benefited the organization. Overall, the culture did not align with the level of integrity and accountability I would expect in a service-based setting.

There is a clear difference between "influencing perception" and transparently sharing the success of our work. We stand by the authenticity of our community and the organic growth of our brand. Additionally, we are a performance based organization. Our priority is the long term health of the company and the quality of service we provide to our clients. This requires a team that is fully aligned with our mission of accountability. When that alignment is missing, we have to make difficult decisions to protect the integrity of the business, clients, and the rest of our staff. We are confident in our leadership’s ethics and our financial direction, and while it’s clear our high performance environment wasn’t the right fit for you, we wish you success in your next chapter.

Cons

Nasty people who yelled at their clients, bullied them, treated them like bad children. As teammates, about half the DSPs were friendly, other half yelled at other teammates. Dishonesty, culture of telling on other DSPs. No training on Direct Support for clients, other team members shouted at your clients whatever and whenever they wanted to.
