Pros
- Great starting pay, and at least starting in December 2016 they should start having to pay overtime for all the late nights and 10-11 weekends you have to work per year. - Lower management and coworkers are great and willing to help. - Enjoyed the fast paced atmosphere, while it can be stressful it is kept fun. - 6% 401 K match - 2 weeks paid vacation (No vacations allowed November- December)
Cons
- Bad work/life balance with daily work load, 10-11 weekends per year, and 1-2 holidays per year. (if there is snow you still need to show up to work, they pay for you to stay in nearby hotel) - Disconnect between upper management and people working in ops. - Unequal division of work, some people have time for multiple ping pong games, lunch, and still leave at 5pm while others are working straight through for 9-10 hours. - Employees are overworked and turnover is high, so there are poorly trained people training new employees. - Layoff or force long time employees to other positions. - Health insurance, I never used it but I heard it was terrible and the option is health savings plan. - Upper management is very vocal about religious and political beliefs.
