      Pros

      Decent home time policy. Trucks get needed repairs. Free fuel, insurance and d.o.t requirements. Not very choicey on hiring process. Employee pool is well versed

      Cons

      A lot of red tape, unspoken and undefined rules. Poor communication across all levels of employees. The pay definitely isn't worth being away from family.
