Zero stars should be an option here. This company is a terrible place to work. Senior leadership treats people terribly and will not listen to any suggestions. Very close-minded approach to things. They are very good at dangling the carrot of 'more pay' to get more out of employees. Management structure makes no sense. The 'in' crowd gets the good pay and treatment. Formal complaints made about another employee's behavior completely overlooked and swept under the rug. CEO only wants 'yes' men. Recommend NOT working here even if desperate. You will end up miserable and leave unless you like working under the cover of hypocrisy.
