Pros
The team is very friendly, talented and supportive. It's fun to come to work every day and gratifying to know that we're helping to build something that makes a difference in people's lives. Our office is located in an accessible area of Toronto (Queen/Spadina) and we have catering 4/5 days of the week.
Cons
We're already outgrowing our new office so the meeting room space is limited and we are experiencing some growing pains as we transition from being a very early-stage startup, but it's to be expected and doesn't impact the day-to-day.
