Pros
I love coming to work every day. I feel challenged by my work, I feel inspired by our company's mission, I feel respected by our leaders, I feel valued and important. The work we do is incredibly important -- we help patients get the medications they need to be healthy. We positively impact the lives of patients every day, and we are rewarded with incredible work perks (free/healthy/homemade lunch every day; free healthcare; flexible work schedules; generous parental leave; tools to help us grow our careers; etc.) We live by our core values, which I really admire: Be Yourself, Be Selfless, Embrace Challenges, Do The Right Thing, Results Matter. I had read how this company was a great place to work before I applied -- and from day one I understood why we have such an incredible reputation.
Cons
We have a "growth" culture -- which means we grow pretty consistently. This also means that we work really fast, which might not be the best fit for everyone.
