      1. Management is disaster, too many changes planned but nothing really changed 2. Whatever changes didn't drive any revenue increase, feeling like making effort for nothing 3. Relationship with your manager is more important than your work performance 4. Product isn't digitalized at all

      it has a nice office, snacks, and open modern concept as it is is an NYC company

      all the original C-suite people have left and it's just a big corp run by AON now. doesnt feel the same
