Pros
Culture and environment that they have is encouraging and engaging. Training is great for a newbie. Experienced agent my find it frustrating going over information that they already know.
Cons
Easy to block yourself from making sales. Meaning, a lot of times in talking with customers you will have to make a decision to help or to make a sale. Ethical decisions all day long and customers are confused more than half the time.
