Pros

Since the day I joined Coverflex, one thing that really stood out to me is how much people genuinely believe in the business. You can clearly see the “spark in their eyes”, people truly care about what the company is building and about the value Coverflex delivers to its customers. I was extremely well welcomed by everyone from day one. Being a foreigner did not change anything in the way I was treated, which honestly impressed me a lot and made me feel very confident about my decision to join. Transparency is another huge strength. For example, during our All Hands, the CEO shared the exact same presentation that is used with investors, including information about the upcoming Series B. Having that level of openness and trust with the entire company is something I find incredible and very rare. The way AI is encouraged and embedded in daily work is also outstanding. The company truly pushes people to use it, experiment, and become more efficient, which makes a big difference in productivity and learning.

Cons

Coverflex is a company in strong growth, and that naturally means constant change. Processes are not always fully defined or mature yet, and priorities can shift quickly. This requires a lot of adaptability and an open mindset. Targets and expectations are ambitious. Results matter a lot, and the pace is intense. It’s not just about giving 100%, but often 110%. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be challenging for people who are not comfortable with high-performance environments.

Pros

- There's no much companies out there with such strong and implemented values and culture - One does never feel alone, and the company provides every single tool and process you need to outperform in a healthy environment

Cons

- As a startup/scale up, most likely you will never have a career path defined
