Pros
Schedule Flexibility Unlimited PTO (and most people actually take it) Benefits are pretty good and deductibles are good for a company this size HR cares The People - some aren't great (see cons) but there is a solid core of amazing people that work here
Cons
The company went through a major re-org a year and a half ago and things have only gone downhill since then. Coviance had its issues before, but it's gotten WAY worse. "Good Ol' Boys Club" - sexism is the prevailing policy here. If you aren't an OG and are female, good luck Toxic Sales Culture - if you want any chance to have your career be successful, be fully ready to submit to any whim of the sales team. If you aren't willing to do that, you'll stagnate. Poor follow-through - LOTS of people that talk a big talk but have zero follow-through (or intent to follow-through). If you try to hold people to their word/follow-up on projects to ensure they're completed/etc be prepared for lots of resistance The easy way is preferred over the right way - if you care about things being done the right way, this isn't the place for you. You'll be in the minority and people will treat you differently for it.
