Overall, Coviance falls short of being a company that supports its team or prioritizes ethical business practices. If you're considering working here, proceed with caution. There are better opportunities elsewhere where your skills and well-being will be genuinely appreciated.

In my experience, personal achievements were dismissed, attributed solely to inherited accounts rather than merit or effort. Despite spending tens of thousands of dollars on industry conferences, the company neglects to invest in its employees’ development—unless you count the in-office Pac-Man machine as professional enrichment. To top it off, their restrictive non-compete clause ensures that leaving for a competitor could result in legal threats, including cease-and-desist letters or potential lawsuits. Proceed with caution.
