      Hardworking staff who try their best to get the work done but too much on their plate

      Cons

      Too many changes in leadership - 5 executives leaving in 2022. No work life balance. Unrealistic expectations. They want one person to work the hours of two jobs. Better to stay way from this company. Whole world is moving to hybrid while this company is pushing people to work from the office.

      Pros

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
