Pros

- Met amazing people - Got a lot of valuable experience despite a bad outcome. - New marketing director is probably the only thing to save this company from its own nepotism and arrogance. - Decent/ fair pay. Great location. - The company has a very well established mark in transportation and lives up to their name - Was able to make a career pivot based off of my experience here.

Cons

- The set in stone standards are BS and do not apply to everyone and it’s blatantly clear as they have notoriously kept rude staff members in positions of power. - Everyone thinks they’re in marketing and can’t handle being told no or that they’re wrong, when they have no actual experience conceptually or in execution. - Passive aggressive email tactics from Directors. -If you aren’t a family or a friend, don’t let them see you slip. Because no one will help you and it will be all your fault. Read that again. - Horrible HR department management. Concerns are met with snide comments and speculation and wishes are not respected. People abused their positions to get to know employees personally only to use against them later. No repercussions for the director of the department. “It’s just who they are.” - The name dropping to pressure people into taking on more tasks and wanting to you to keep it from your boss… yeah, big yike. - Employees of color are treated horribly and are dropping like flies. - The retention rate is a joke - Drivers are talked to as second class employees and it can be outright disgusting at times to hear during work hours. - Frat boy culture within certain departments. These departments are allowed to basically do what they want, so long as the company makes money. This is usually at the expense of their neighboring cohort. Don’t bother trying to ask them to lower their voices, they’ll just tattle on you. - High level employees allowed to openly talk about confidential information around the office, putting employees in ear shot in uncomfortable positions. (ie. Info about Promotions, budgets, terminations, gossip, etc.) - Pressure to adhere to an awful culture just because it’s always been the way it was. - Do not let them get to know you personally. - There is truly no system set in place to ensure that when you can’t perform at your best, your projects won’t suffer. (this may have changed with new management/ standards set to the department)

Pros

Home Time Is Reliable ,Easy Work (No-Touch Freight).

Cons

There is no overtime pay, and the benefits package is limited. Drivers are often required to work 60–70 hours per week at straight time. Routes are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so there is little predictability—you typically don’t know your route until the start of your shift. The equipment is equipped with radar-based safety systems, including speed control and automatic emergency braking, which can be restrictive and take time to adjust to, contributing to a more stressful driving experience.
