- Good team support and varity digital product to explore, You going to work with outsource deverlopers and internal to make it work. - Have OT incentive. but frequency to do OT not high.
Cons
- Perks are not that good like NO WFH policy, Day off is only 6 or less than that (per year). - No performance-based KPI, So you have to keep working and bargain to gain your salary by saying you want to resign.
