Pros

The overall Benefits package is fairly good, and the amount of vacation accrued for time worked is very good (144 hours after 1 year of full time)

Cons

Since I started working here 4 years ago, The amount of work that has been placed on the Security department has more than quadrupled, they've eliminated 2 other departments and given their work load to Security. This wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have corporate managers yelling at us to perfectly perform jobs that we were never actually trained to do in any way. In the last 4 months they've the department back so badly that of the 400 or so hours that the security officers have left of vacation we can't afford to take any of it, because we don't have the personnel to cover all the shifts. The upper management routinely makes "cutbacks" and changes to operations with no thought or care as to how much more difficult it makes our jobs. This year we didn't receive cost of living increases, yet the auction had plenty of money to install several new fences and shiny new signs for all the buildings.

Pros

Strong compensation and benefits, a genuinely collaborative culture, and real opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Smart, supportive colleagues and meaningful exposure to large-scale enterprise programs.

Cons

Recent leadership changes have shifted the culture, and decision-making increasingly favors established insiders over the best ideas. Aging systems and infrastructure can lag behind, leaving limited appetite for innovation and modernization.
