Pros
The work culture is unmatched here at Cox. The level of leadership and support is incredible. Employees are valued and so is the "give back" to help make the world a better place. If putting "your money where your mouth is" were a place, it would be here. It's also a beautiful place to work. While there are set days for teams to have "office hour" days, I find myself coming in to work at the office.
