      Pros

      good benefits are the only redeeming feature. But you'll need he bennys...they will run you into the ground.

      Cons

      unrealistic goals, little to no autonomy, management always on your case- nothing is good enough. NO family/life/work balance. Direct Managers always side with upper level management...guilty until proven innocent. No atta boys or "good job"

      I’ve worked at other companies and CoxReps truly puts their people first. Great leaderships, focus on DE&I, receptive to feedback and suggestions on improvement, dedication to clients and customer service.

      Normal challenges companies face during pandemic- which have gone surprisingly well!
