She will spend 3 hours on fixing 1 line of copy at random page on the website while having 30 employees on the call doing nothing. 2. They waste too much time on calls and irrelevant things and blame employees for lack of their performance 3. They rely only on 1 product for their entire revenue. If that product doesn't sell, they panic and start screaming at employees. 4. The CEO lacks vision and a plan of action to actually sustain and grow the company.
