Hours can be weird Make less money in winter

Good brands that keep the company afloat- because it sure isn’t the management/ownership

Management blames its employees for its shortfalls. Abrasive and confrontational managers when any type of pushback or feedback is given. Sometimes even just a simple clarification. Management would make disparaging remarks beyond people’s back. Zero leadership skills and inclusion. If you’re looking to make money on commission- good luck. Incentives are overcomplicated or misleading. Purposely set up to fail due to lack of inventory on items. Paychecks were shorted more often than I can count.
