Pros

You will learn very quickly what a dysfunctional workplace looks like.

Cons

The company has a serious overtime culture and a highly political working environment. Staff are often expected to stay late because it became a norm to be seen as such, otherwise you're the target. People are pretending to work just to stay late. There is also a strong blame culture, instead of proper leadership and accountability. The internal politics are not limited to management. It can also spread across teams, creating an environment of highly political, lies spreading, blaming, credit stealing than actually working professionally like a proper adult. The female boss also show poor emotional control and low workplace maturity. This is not a healthy place for long term growth.

Pros

Very hands-on experience. You actually run real campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, not just assist. The learning curve is steep, and honestly it made me feel like my past experience elsewhere was quite basic in comparison. You get exposed to real budgets, real clients, and real pressure, which helps you grow fast if you can keep up.

Cons

Quite fast paced, time passes very fast because there’s always something to do. You’re constantly switching between tasks and campaigns, so it can feel overwhelming at times. Not a place to chill, you need to stay on your toes.

Pros

Working here is a fast track to burnout.

Cons

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The management here is fundamentally broken. Employees are expected to stay until midnight due to poor planning and a total inability to delegate or prioritize tasks. To leadership, "everything is urgent" which actually means nothing is. Supervisors are too "busy" to provide necessary approvals but expect staff to wait indefinitely for them. This is not a place for growth - it is a place for a mental health crisis.
