Pros

- BEST team - so supportive and just overall such a happy environment that you actually look forward to going to work and being in the office - Amazing clients - every account is so much fun - Transparency - there is a clear direction in terms of growth and Craft SHARES its salary bands internally and publicly - Cultivates curiosity - funds any courses or activities you are curious about - Unlimited vacation (it's actually true!) - Open communication - I truly feel like I can talk to the Senior leadership team about anything - Just a super fun and positive place to work - Really cares about DEI and supporting their employees

Cons

- Like any time working in PR, some days can be very long - but managers are so open and encourage you to flag when you are overwhelmed or can't meet a deadline and always have a solution when you do so

Pros

Previously having worked at a global agency and then on the corporate side - I have to say, I feel really lucky to have found a place like Craft. The agency has the benefits of being a small, start-up company but definitely does not lack in big thinking or awesome clients. It offers employees the best of both worlds. With a focus on people and a strong corporate culture, Craft also offers awesome perks like unlimited vacation, work from home opportunities, and a curiosity fund that encourages employees to get out of the office and learn something new that's of interest to them.

Cons

Being a smaller agency means Craft has smaller, more dedicated client teams. As such, there can be situations where employees may need to complete some work that's outside of their job level (i.e. continuing media relations at every level, vs. it not being a focus past the manager level at other agencies). However, because we are a team that's focused on delivering the best work for our clients, this never really becomes an issue. Everyone is more than happy to chip-in to get the work done.
