Its huge list..Irresponsible leads those who doesn't have any idea or plan how to manage team or individual skills. Arrogance approach. Found lots of gap in communication level, no co-ordinations,..All top guys are worst and less qualities. They doesn't have any knowledge in fact shows them as extraordinary peoples. No respect at all, don't know how to welcoming new joiners in the team. Bonus will only possible if you are oiling to...., otherwise forgot it. You will not even know when it was given. All these are hidden activities. Worst Application ever seen. No structure. Even they are struggling to get Great place to Work certification. Survey got only 35%. Not even single points can be found which you can like here. Lastly, one of most aged person thinking his team as slum Doggy. He is dependent only one of lady staff who is oiling him whole day, months and years. Now she is promoted just for how expertise in oiling not even single domain knowledge. Agile, Waterfall process are like heaven for them. Not even know those process at all. During covid they are forcing to come down to office. Positive cases found inside premises but they will force continuously.
