Pros
There is nothing beneficial from working at this company. At your own risk, you may use this company as a temporary placeholder to help you find better options out there.
Cons
- Interns are not paid, You work and commute out of your own pocket. - There are no benefits such as health insurance, eye tests, lunch/breakfast or cycle to work schemes. - Expect to be thrown into the deep end immediately you join without any training and or assistance to understand how the business runs. - There are no boundaries between personal life and working hours. - You work with broken, second hand outdated computers but are expected to build the best software. - There is no working structure in place (agile/waterfall) you just interface with anyone at anytime and work on what anyone tells you to work on. - Obviously you are heavily underpaid and expect salary deductions if you are late to work regardless if you spent the previous day leaving late. - Your boss is not your leader but rather your dictator. - No work from home policy. - You will not learn anything new to help you in your career.
