Owners do not work there and make decisions based off of partial information. Owners were late to over 75% of meetings and sometimes showed up not at all regardless of who the meeting was with. Annual reviews are seldom on time and the rate increases barely reflect the cost of living.. Work life balance is non-existent and emails from owners come at all hours of the day and are expected to be adhered to regardless of work schedule or hours. Managers seldom make a year tenure Benefits were hard to advocate for Performative allyship - no donations or human rights are honored anymore in an effort to be more like chic-fil-a
