Cons
Could not find any in my honest personal opinion. Craftsmen might lack some of the glamour and brand recognition (at the time of writing) that some other big companies have in Bangladesh. But, if you want to work in a fantastic environment with some very talented engineers on some of the most complex and exciting problems, then look no further.
