I have not noted anything negative.

Newer staff are supportive and good colleagues. It obviously has a large number of past pupils who remember it fondly - it is nothing like it used to be.

The most toxic culture you could find. Rotten to the core. Long standing staff consistently bully newer staff. An inner circle who are safe and everyone else can do no right.
