Pros
They made some good structural changes to pay scales and bonuses
Cons
1. You are not recognized for any extra mile you go out of your way to do except for a thank you you did great. It would be nice if techs were rewarded for their individual efforts and achievements and not brought down by others failures or lack of effort 2. Since Cummins sold out to Crane it went from a very enjoyable working environment where you wanted to get up and come to work to a very stressful, demanding, and tedious environment where I hated to come to work 3. I believe they could pay a higher wage commensurate to the work and technical needs that can be very difficult to train just anyone.
