Incredibly problematic marketing department, led by a person who genuinely enjoys playing games with the team. Allowed to remain in role despite multiple complaints about behaviour and several team members leaving as a direct result of the bullying endured by them. Genuinely the most difficult person you will ever work for. If you value your mental health please don’t accept a role in this department.
