      Coworkers were great, benefits were great, fully remote

      Cons

      This company was so poorly managed that I'm surprised it's still around. I din't think they'll ever be in a position to hire staff again, but if they ever do avoid at all costs.

      Due to being a small organization there were minimal opportunities for advancement
