Employee wellness is wanting During my time there i witnessed a mass exodus, more than 10 people left within a period of 2 months in Q2. Unnecessary pressure No leads, you wonder why they employed so many counsellors. Micromanagement If you're put on PIP just look for another job , it's just their way of letting you go, zero support whatsoever, no leads when you're on PIP yet they expect you to achieve the set targets. Inefficient HR processes. No work life balance
