- Can learn POS and floor operations in starting of your career in retail and entertainment industry - good for summer job/ part time opportunity for timebeing
Cons
- No proper training schedule - Miscommunication by management - Managers are not taking seriously to update day to day changes and will blame you later - Minimum wage. Just running behind low cost workforce, rather than talent acquisition who can perform. - Not much option to grow from part time to full time/ false promises despite of outstanding services
