Pros

A well-known and reputable company

Cons

I was initially excited about the opportunity to work with CreaZion Studios, given their reputation and creative portfolio. However, my experience throughout the hiring process was disappointing, frustrating, and honestly, a major red flag. There were two types of exams involved in the application process, which I was totally fine with. On the first interview day, I was asked to create a marketing plan. After completing it, I was told to take a lunch break because it was the team’s break time. When I returned, I waited for about an hour before I was finally allowed to present. After the presentation, HR mentioned that hiring was a one-day process—so I waited again, only to be told 30 minutes later that I’d need to come back for a second interview. A week later, I returned and ended up waiting almost 3 hours just to be interviewed by the HR Director. I waited again for the COO interview—which never happened. Then I was told to come back yet again for a final interview and to present a deck on “How I can sell CreaZion Studios to other brands.” I arrived at 1 PM as scheduled, but waited until nearly 4 PM before finally getting to present. The delay was apparently due to a MANCOM meeting—yet this was a scheduled final interview, and the poor time management was hard to ignore. Despite all this, I still pushed through, trying to remain professional. But after the presentation, the HR officer said they’d update me by Tuesday of the following week—no updates came. I followed up, but got no response. After nearly two weeks, I was finally informed that I didn’t make it. This experience was incredibly frustrating. My time and effort—across multiple interviews, presentations, and long hours of waiting—felt disrespected. The process was disorganized, communication was poor, and the overall experience lacked the professionalism I expected from a company of this caliber. I saw several red flags early on but gave them the benefit of the doubt. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t. I sincerely hope CreaZion Studios improves its recruitment process—for the sake of future applicants who genuinely want to be part of their team.

Pros

You can wear anything you want as long as it is appropriate in an office setting. They're very inclusive with the people they hired, they have lgbtqia+ employees. I love it also when during lunch breaks we got to interact with the employees there and we got to eat together with the utility team.

Cons

I feel like maybe because they were short-staffed during that time, some employees handled different roles that were supposedly for another person.

Pros

- Great people/teams to work with. QC lang.

Cons

- No to management, everyday onsite, and halos every day meetings. They will make you work a 3-person job by yourself. No boundaries - they call and message beyond work hours and even if you’re at the hospital. They do not care.
