Pros
Work from home, made some good friends for several different nationalities and cultures. Middle managers were good people.
Cons
Egregious Nepotism. Senior Management "restructured" nearly every 4-6 months. Extremely high employee turnover due to spontaneous layoffs or peers leaving due to burnout.
No upward mobility, just role shuffles with minimal, if any, adjusted pay. 2+ years there and incentive package was continuously nerfed with each role change.
Ultimately, doesn't understand their product or their client's goals. Constantly trying to upsell beyond their capabilities, setting employees up for failure.
