Not a Great Company To Work With - Business Manager Cream Consulting Employee Review

The last review had it spot on... Due to a serious lack of actual good leadership from the CEO nothing can or will ever get done. Worse, I think the CEO actually believes he is not the problem. Imagine a CEO who believes she is right about everything, cannot actually listen or follow advise from experienced professionals who know more than him, and changes her mind every 5 minutes.

When I joined I believed that the negative glassdoor reviews were balanced by the positive. I am now convinced that the positive ones are fabricated by his family members who he asked to post. The CEO is all about image and doesn't care about substance as long as it looks good to him and for his pleasure (ask most of the girls...). I bet the positive reviews here are faked.

Cream is a business with a flat organisation that allows you to learn and keep developing. Implication in different projets within the structure is possible letting you to discover new areas. Complete trust and recognition for your work. You can feel that you belong to something making the experience event more significative.

I haven't seen any inconvenience until now.
