Flexible working, and a progressive WFH culture. Good office atmosphere.

Went from 75 employees pre COVID-19 to 45 now, but the work hasn't reduced. Staff stretched very thin and corners cut by senior management. Three years ago you could get involved in making the company a better place to work, now you have to stick to your chargeable work. They have an HR team of three, which is absurd for the number of employees, and yet HR still clash with departments, no faith in their capability. They have an almost constant resourcing issue, and cannot keep up with people leaving over people joining. Department heads who you have no trust in. Team leaders who are inept and are not properly trained to lead a team.

Lovely office. Nice people. Office benefits e.g. food and drink.

Heavy workload. Monotony. It can be strict.
