Pros
The company has clear aspirations to become a recognised name in the engineering and construction sector, and it’s well on its way - particularly in the East of England. Two standout aspects of working here are the people and the company culture. The people are welcoming, friendly, and supportive. It’s a big part of why I still enjoy coming into the office. The ‘open door’ culture creates a high level of flexibility, allowing us to work from anywhere when needed. I’ve also never had any issues taking time off for personal matters - the company has been understanding and supportive.
Cons
Some disciplines have small teams which can make it difficult to compete with larger companies. The work can be challenging, but that’s also part of what makes it rewarding.
