- you are given space to learn - you can work remotely as you wish - people actually care about you - there are frequent company events for all tastes - there are charitable events (it's a socially and environmentally conscious place)
Cons
- as a small company, there is specialization in a few technologies, which may be restraining (but you can easily change projects, and are encouraged to learn new technologies)
