Pros

It's been a quite journey between Create Music Group (CMG) and myself. I witnessed everything even before the company was established. There are so many stories, good and bad. Nothing is perfect, but we all deserve a chance to grow and to get better, same for Create. Create is like a boat, a boat not for everyone, but only for those brave fighters. Not only because Create is a start-up, but also because the very unique business and industry. There are so many opportunities here, from administration to accounting, from development to analysis, from designing to marketing, from distribution to branding, etc. One of our goals is to provide a one-stop service for artists. We have employees from United States, Canada, India, Austria, Taiwan, etc sharing different cultures, speaking different language, but having the same dream.

Cons

Flexibility can be a good thing, but also a bad thing. Since there is no strict rule here, it will need more disciplines from every single of us. Create needs to grow, and we need to grow as well. We all need to be patient, and give each other time and space to grow.

Pros

Cool coworkers, company is growing rapidly (that’s good and bad)

Cons

The company seems great, until you realize there is a very long and rapidly growing list of people who have been screwed over by the CEO. He routinely lies, breaks promises, and engages in unethical business practices. Megalomaniac who gets enjoyment out of bragging about how little he pays his workers. The company is growing fast but it is a house of cards. If you want to work for an Elon/Trump worshipping pathological liar who doesn’t care about artists or employees, this is a great place for you. If you value yourself or have morals, stay far away.
