Pros
The culture is amazing, everybody is there to help everyone it does not matter if you are in another project, people will take time to help you overcome your problems. Everyone is looking out for each other. There is always opportunity to grow here in the field you want to specialize and the company tries its best to reach our goals.
Cons
It's a bit disorganized and would be better of some things where in order and had better planning.
