Management shows blatant favoritism. The executives are self-admiring, arrogant, and praise their every decision. The pay is abysmal. The 1% bonus after 18 months of no raise was an insult. Promises from executives are false and misleading. Project allocations are random and ignore skills. Employees are treated as easily replaceable assets. The focus is only on money and profit at all costs.
