Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback and suggestions. We are always happy to take feedback on board and hopefully use it to help us learn and grow for the future. In the last 3 months we’ve made some considerable changes to the way we work both internally and made active improvements to improving communication and staff perks and benefits. We now have a team of dedicated project managers and product owners who are effectively managing our client relationships and ensuring that we are deliver the best possible solutions for them. We’ve also made some changes to our management structure which will help to ensure that our developers and project teams receive the support they require. Putting in place these changes is ensuring that company communication is improving significantly from both senior management and the Head of Engineering/ Product and Delivery and team leads. With regards to staff benefits, we have overhauled many of these, offering a matched pension of up to 5%, generous maternity and paternity benefits, regular pay reviews and opportunities for continuous professional development. As we have effectively doubled in a relatively short period of time, scaling for growth can be tricky but we’re confident the changes we are making will ensure that we continue to develop meaningful and prosperous client relationships as well as ensuring that xDesign is an enjoyable place to work for all of our team.
