Pros

The other AE's you'll work with are legends, real team spirit. The BFSI manager is excellent.

Cons

High turnover of staff, poor work-life balance, all SE / CS based out of Ukraine with poor wifi and English so little support in growing new accounts. C-suites are aggressive car salesman that run the sales org on fear. Claim to be an AI company that is a great alternative to salesforce, but the software is difficult to use and looks horrible. Just look at their website's UI if you have any product-based questions... I would never advise someone to work here.

Cons

Sometimes priorities can shift, which can create a bit of uncertainty in planning, but at the same time it gives you flexibility and the opportunity to adapt quickly and stay close to business needs.

Fully remote. Fast moving startup culture.

Cons

Fully remote is also a con as development can be stunted. Average/below average benefits given stage of the company.
