Quickly placed me in a long term contract role.
Cons
As someone who is on contract you get screwed on time off. You get 5 days all year plus Creatis holidays. But if you are on assignment with an employer and their holidays don’t line up you have to use one of your 5 days or you don’t get paid because you can’t work. Benefits aren’t great very expensive and they don’t contribute really anything.
