Administration is mostly supportive of exploring various methods of classroom management.

Pay ceilings gor both classified and certificated workers are not competitive and people often work multiple jobs just to get by. The Fresno school took away after-school detention for poor behavior (the only real reprocessing response staff has for managing behavior). The purpose, we're told, was to save some money on paying staff members overtime. Now there's virtually no consequences for the actions of students who were kicked out of their districts for the same behavior. It grossly undermines the ones managing the kids and makes their job unnecessarily difficult.
