      They are flexible in working with your schedule and are great at communicating updates and getting back to employees questions.

      Cons

      Can be a stressful job because you are working with kids, but if you like kiddos it's a great environment for you.

      Pros

      CBC is a great place to work! The management is amazing and is super helpful when it comes to questions and role playing scenarios. Our BCBAs provide supervision throughout the month as well as our trainers and BCBA apprentices. They are supportive in our goals to move up in the company and provide supervision if becoming a BCBA is one of your goals. The supervisors, staff and clients are what make CBC such a great place to work
