Pros
-exposure to models, stylists, high-profile execs, photographers
-hands-on experience with casting/production/photography
-get the opportunity to work on big project
-small company of 4-8 people
-free lunch
-beautiful office
Cons
-lots of pressure
-micromanagement/yelling at you
-alot of grunt work, manual labor, cleaning...
-the head of the company is snobby and elitest... has the temperment of a dark cloud. doesnt bother to get to know/mentor interns
-little to no upward mobility
-a little disorganized, unsure of my daily tasks and upcoming projects, alot people directing interns causing confusion
-at a point in my internship, there were more interns than staff... never a good sign.
-some staff favored one intern over others, that one would get preferential treatment
