Managers and team are very supportive. Balance of work and travel is appropriate for the pay.

The pay is limited and there aren't a lot of chances for advancement.

Able to set own schedule most workdays. Insurance for employee only paid by company. Enjoy working with DD population and most families.

Low pay for work demands. No mileage reimbursement or gas stipend given. Company does not compensate support coordinators for office supplies nor is a work phone and computer provided to do job. Little room for professional growth.
