The pay system is strange. For the first 50 sessions, the clinician is paid $40/session. After that the session rate is higher. There are no benefits. I worked minor holidays so I wouldn’t lose out on pay. The pay is once a month , which makes it harder to budget. I had a hard time getting my caseload consistently filled.
